Radiance for MacOS X

As of January 2002, an OS X binary of Radiance is available from the official site. So there's no need for my patches and notes any more. Just grab the binary (or the source if you want to make modifications, it should compile fine in OS X out of the box) and a current copy (Darwin) of XFree86 from the XFree Project. For installation of XFree, consult the excellent documentation on their site.
